Conditions:

(i) Payment is payable by cheque to "Workplace Solutions Limited". Payment must be received at least 14 days before commencement of the course. Booking will be confirmed upon clearance of cheque

(ii) If you are unable to attend the course, another representative from your organisation is welcome. Full refund is available if you cancel or change your booking two weeks or more before the commencement date. A 50% refund is available if you cancel between 7-13 days before the commencement date. No refund is available for cancellation less than 7 days before the commencement date.

(iii) Workplace Solutions Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the course without advance notice. No refund will be made where the course is rescheduled. Where the course is rescheduled and you or your representative is unable to attend on the scheduled date, the fees can be transferred to another course. Where the course is cancelled (other than in accordance with clause (iv) below) full refund is available.

(iv) The course will be cancelled in the event of No.8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning being hoisted. The course may also be cancelled due to bad weather. Where the course is cancelled due to weather conditions, it will be rescheduled and you will be notified accordingly.
