| Mediation Mediation is an informal process whereby parties resolve their differences with the assistance of a neutral third party. Our mediators act as an impartial third party and provide a problem solving approach to help the parties arrive at a negotiated settlement of their dispute. We offer solutions, but the parties make their own decisions. The process is voluntary and it provides the parties with the opportunity to have their say. Our mediators listen, provide assistance to clear up any misunderstanding and help find common ground. Unlike litigation, mediation is a confidential process which achieves results that both parties can live with. Workplace Solutions Limited works with accredited mediators only.
